建立知识产权交易转化体系支撑创新驱动发展——以江西为例

Establishingthe Transaction Transformation System of Intellectual Property Rights; Supporting the Innovation-Driven Development——Taking Jiangxi as an Example

本文对江西近年知识产权交易情况与服务体系情况进行了研究,并与中部其他五省以及知识产权交易服务先进省市进行了比对分析,进而对构建江西知识产权交易转化体系进行了必要的建设性陈述。

This paper studies the intellectual property transactions in recent years and their service system in Jiangxi Province, and compares with these in other five provinces in Central China and some advanced provinces and cities where this service is relatively advanced. The paper then delivers a necessary constructive statement on the establishment of the system in Jiangxi.
