摘要
压力容器筒体上大开孔补强是压力容器设计的关键。GB 150.3-2011的分析法、HG/T 20582-2011的压力面积法、ASMEⅧ-1附录1-7的膜-弯曲应力法及ASMEⅧ-1附录1-10的压力-面积应力法是目前解决该问题的几种计算方法。通过对4种方法的计算理论和应用于实际结构的计算结果进行分析比较,指出分析法和压力-面积应力法是安全可靠的,膜-弯曲应力法的计算结果是偏于保守和安全的,压力面积法安全裕度尚显不够。
The large opening' s reinforcement on cylinder means key to pressure vessel design, the commonly- used analysis method(GB 150.3-2011 ), the pressure area method, the membrane-blending stress method (Appendix 1-7 in ASME VIII-1 )and the pressure-area stress calculation method(Appendix 1-10 in ASME VIII- 1) can solve this problem. Analyzing differences on calculation theory and comparing calculation results proves the safety and reliability of both analysis method and pressure-area stress calculation method and the conservatism and safety of membrane-blending stress method as well as the insufficiency of pressure area meth- od in the safety allowance.
