介绍了煤调湿技术的意义、原理和煤调湿煤粉蒸汽管回转干燥系统的工艺、设备特点和开发设计中干燥机出口产品水分的控制方式,研究了在保障干燥机出口煤粉湿含率不变的条件下,干燥机进料量、进料湿含率、进料温度与干燥用蒸汽的关系。
The coal moisture control＇ s significance and working principle were introduced, including the process and feature and moisture control of the steam-tube rotating dryers; and the relations between dry steam and feed quantity, coal moisture rate and feed temperature were discussed without changing moisture content of the pulverized coal at the dryer outlet.
