柳钢从2001年开始在棒材生产线进行切分轧制，分析多线切分机制，介绍切分孔型系统，总结多线切分轧制工艺的应用与创新经验，尤其是三线切分和四线切分生产中的问题和处理方法。

Liuzhou Steel has adopted the splitting rolling process for Bar Line from 2001. The multi-strand splitting principle was analyzed, the splitting pass system was introduced, and the application and innovation experiences of multi-strand splitting process, especial the problems occurred and countermeasures adopted in three-strand and fourstrand splitting production were summarized.
