摘要
近年来,荧光法成为微痕量硝基芳香爆炸物检测领域的热点技术之一.量子点作为一种新型荧光探针材料,具有高的量子产率和稳定性,能够灵敏响应硝基芳香爆炸物,在微痕量硝基芳香爆炸物的快速筛查中受到了重点关注.本文综述了量子点探针用于微痕量硝基芳香爆炸物检测中的实际应用和研究进展,强调了光诱导电子转移(PET)式和荧光共振能量转移(FRET)式量子点探针的响应机理,总结了PET式和FRET式量子点探针的特点,并对它们的发展趋势和降解爆炸物的应用进行了展望.
In recent years, fluorescent method has become a rising star for the detection of trace amount nitroaromatic explosives. Quantum dots, as a new type of fluorescent probe material, have drawn much attention due to their facile preparation, high quantum yields and stability. In this review, the state-of-art rapid screening of nitroaromatic explosives by quantum dots based probes has been elaborated in details. The response mechanism of the photoinduced electron transfer (PET) and fluorescent resonance energy transfer (FRET) based quantum dots probes are introduced emphatieally. The characteristics of PET and FRET based quantum dots probes in explosives detection are summarized. The development trends and application of nitroaromatic explosives degradation of quantum dots probes are also prospected
