摘要
通过对甘肃省文县关家沟泥石流防治措施与防治效益的分析 ,阐述了经济效益的估算原则与方法 ,评估了防治工程投资与减灾效益比值 。
Guanjiagou of Wen County in Gansu Province is a valley that produces most serious,well known and hazardous debris flows,Because of its shorter frequency and duration period,the dibris flow has been threatening the safety of people's life and property in the area.Thus it has impeded the development of economic constructions there.In order for the government to have the best control over the area,this paper has described the priciples and methods of economic benefit evaluation based on the analysis of debris flow protection measures and benefits.Also it has evaluated the relationship between the protection engineering investment with its revenue so as to decide the best protection scheme.
