钾长石在金属烤瓷粉研制中的应用

APPLICATION OF FELDSPAR IN PREPARATION OF PORCELAIN-FUSED-TO-METAL(PFM) POWDERS

采用钾长石为主要原料可以合成含白榴石的熔块 ,白榴石高膨胀系数的特点 ,可以弥补烤瓷合金与瓷釉之间的膨胀系数差。从而解决瓷粉与烤瓷合金之间的相容性问题。据此 ,采用先合成含白榴石熔块和玻璃熔块 ,再将它们与颜料等其他辅助材料按比例配比的方法 ,研制出可用于贵金属和贱金属两类烤瓷合金的金属烤瓷粉。并对它们的化学成分。

The frit containing Leucites can be synthesized by melting feldspar.Leucite has high thermal expansion coefficient,so the existing of leucites in the Porcelain fused to metal(PFM) can achieve the compatibility between porcelain and metal.To make the PFM porcelain powder,the frits containing leucites and glass frit must be synthesized,then mixed with pigments and other components.This porcelain can be used for both precious and non precious dental alloys.The chemical composition,physical composition and microstructure of porcelain are studied.
