高速公路的外场高清数字化视频监控系统主要是利用监控设备重点对高速公路路面进行监控,为高速公路运行提供现代化管理手段,指挥调节交通流;快速反应发生的意外事件、交通事故;防止交通阻塞、减少交通延误、充分发挥高速公路的功能,及时为道路利用人员提供有效的交通信息。本文详细介绍了视频监控系统的前端监控设计、视频管理平台的设计、系统存储设计及网络传输设计等。

The outfield HD digital video monitoring system of highway mainly makes use of monitoring equipment to monitor the highway pavement, providing modern management methods for running the highway, commanding and regulating the flow of the traffic; making a quick reaction to incidents and traffic accident; preventing traffic jam, reducing traffic delays, making full use of the highway＇s funtions, providing effective traffic information for people who use the highway. This paper introduces the front-end monitoring design of video monitoring system, design of video management platform,design of storage system and design of network transmission detailedly.
