不同比例气体流量对微量元素测定的影响

摘要 目的了解不同比例气体流量对全血微量元素检测的影响,从而找到一个最适检测条件。方法采用火焰原子吸收光谱法检测,按照不同比例分别调节乙炔与空气的流量,检测不同浓度的样本和定值质控品;将质控品检测结果与定值比较,选定气体流量为1.2∶8做标准组,其余各组分别与之比较,进行统计分析。结果不同气体流量对钙、铁、铜、镁、锌5种微量元素检测结果的影响不尽相同;在一定范围内增大乙炔流量时,铜、锌、镁这几类元素测定结果有下降的趋势,而钙、铁元素与之相反。结论在日常工作中分开测定5种元素既费时又加大了成本投入,故各实验室应通过实验,找到一个最佳气体流量比值,尽量兼顾5种元素的检测条件,从而保证检测结果的可靠性。 Objective To understand the different gas flow ratio on the detection of trace elements in whole blood, thus to find an optimal testing conditions. Methods By using the methods of flame atomic absorption spectrometry, according to the different proportions respectively regulate the acetylene and air flow ratio, detection of different concentrations of the samples and quality control samples. Quality control samples test results compare with the given value, selected gas flow ratio of 1.2:8 as the standard group, other groups were compared with it and then make statistical analysis. Results For the five kinds of trace elements Ca,Fe,Cu,Mg ,Zn the test results of the influence is not the same; within a cer- tain range increase acetylene flow ratio, the results of Cu, Mg ,Zn these elements results in a declining trend, and Ca, Fe in contrast. Conclusions Separate determination of five kinds of elements in their daily work time - consuming and in- creased the cost of inputs, so each laboratory test, to find an optimal gas flow ratio, try to take into account the five kinds of elements of the test resuhs accurately, thus ensuring the test resuhs reliability.
