摘要
目的探讨优化的海马扫描序列对简化Alzheimer病人检查过程的价值。方法采用3D T1 SPGR序列+后期工作站三维重建以及斜冠位T2 Flair序列对50例AD患者进行海马局部扫描。结果①一侧海马萎缩3例;②两侧海马萎缩44例,其中25例伴多发性脑梗死;③两侧海马萎缩伴长T1、长T2异常信号2例;④正常1例。结论优化的海马扫描序列缩短了扫描时间,并且图像清晰,其空间分辨率及灰白质对比度均能满足临床诊断要求。
Objective To explore the value of hippocampal scanning sequence optimization of simplifying the Alzheimer patient process. Methods Using the 3D T1 sequence of SPGR, three - dimensional reconstruction and oblique corona T2Flair sequence in hippocampal scan in 50 cases of AD patients. Results ①Unilateral hippocampal atrophy in 3 ca- ses ; ②bilateral hippocampal atrophy in 44 cases, including 25 cases with multiple cerebral infarction; ③bilateral hipp- ocampal atrophy associated with abnormal signal in 2 cases;④normal in 1 cases. Conclusions The hippocampus scan- ning sequence optimization shortens the scan time, and provides clear image, and the spatial resolution and gray matter contrast of image can meet the clinical diagnostic requirements.
