摘要
针对某型号空间相机设计了一种调焦机构精度检测系统。从该型号相机调焦系统出发,引出了调焦机构精度检测系统的设计,分别从硬件结构和软件设计方面阐述了检测系统的设计思想,重点介绍了步进电机转动步数设置用按键状态判断的方法,详细描述了电机驱动信号的产生过程。并从可靠性着手,给出了系统工作状态监测电路。实验证明,调焦机构精度检测系统工作状态稳定,可用于该型号相机调焦机构的精度检测。此外,该系统经过修改后,可用于其他型号相机调焦系统的检测,具有可扩展性。
In accordance with the focusing mechanism of a space camera, a focusing mechanism pre- cision detection system was designed. It expounded the system designing method from the hardware and the software, introduced the key state judging method emphatically, which was used to set the motor's step counts, and described the motor drive signal generation process in de- tail. And from the reliability, a system state monitoring circuit was introduced. The experi- ments showed that the accuracy detection system of the focusing mechanism worked stably, and it could be used for the focusing mechanism precision detection. Furthermore, after being modified, the system can be used for precision detection of other cameras.
