摘要
目的探讨七叶皂苷钠搽剂预防化疗药物所致静脉炎的临床疗效。方法将100例化疗性静脉炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组和对照组各60例。治疗组,使用七叶皂苷钠搽剂涂搽,对照组使用多磺酸粘多糖乳膏涂抹。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论七叶皂苷钠搽剂治疗化疗所致的静脉炎,疗效显著,无不良反应。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of aescine sodium liniment prevention of chemotherapy induced phlebitis. Methods 100 patients with phlebitis were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group and the control group with 60 cases in each. The treatment group, using acscine sodium liniment, to the skin, control group use rnucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream. Results The treatment group was better than control group. Conclusion Aesclne sodium liniment in treatment of chemotherapy induced phlebitis, obvious curative effect, no adverse reaction.
