摘要
气质是物质的不同性质的组合,不仅影响着人外在的行为举止,而且影响着人内在的心理活动。气质类型心理学家将人的气质划分为经典的四种类型:多血质、抑郁质、胆汁质和粘液质。气质类型心理学对于酒店管理也有着广泛的借鉴意义。本文重点基于四大经典的气质类型,依次研究了酒店员工满意度管理、离职管理、裁员管理和酒店劳动合同管理,并逐一给出了相应的对策。
Temperament, different nature of composite materials, affects not only behaviors, but also psycho- logical activities. Temperament consists of four types: sanguine, melancholic, choleric and phlegmatic. It can also contribute to hotel management. Based on the types of temperaments, this paper concerns the hotel management of employee satisfaction, the hotel employee turnover and hotel management of labor contract, and then puts forward countermeasures.
