The trend of low carbon economy makes tourism industry increasingly favourable. Low carbon tourism guarantees the sustainable development of tourism. Focusing on the development of tourism in the context of low carbon economy, this paper expounds the characteristics of related products, puts forward the principle, direction, and problems in the development, hoping to help promote the development of low-carbon tourism in the future.
