摘要 SiC纳米粒子进入Si3N4基体使其力学性能大幅度提高 ,引起了研究者们的极大关注。本文评述了Si3N4/SiC纳米复合材料的制备工艺及其力学性能 ,分析了力学性能提高的主要原因 。 SiC nanosized particles into Si 3N 4 matrix can lead to a considerable improvement on its mechanical properties,which aroused great comcern among researchers.In this paper,the basic preparing process and mechanical properties for Si 3N 4/SiC nanocomposites are reviewed,the main reasons of the improvements in these properties are analyzed,and the mechanism of strengthening and toughening in this material are discussed.
