北京市临终关怀服务现状与对策研究

Beijing hospice service present situation and countermeasure research

目的研究北京市临终关怀服务的现状,并依据所得数据提出相关政策建议。方法问卷调查和专家访谈,对调研数据进行统计学分析。结果①在被调查的446名老年人中,了解临终关怀服务者占23.9%;②老年居民生活不能自理者主要选择居家照料(46.4%)、养老院(32.7%)和护理院(15.9%);③老年居民希望就近就医者占72.0%,希望上门服务者占17.5%;④老年人希望最佳临终关怀服务机构在社区者占53.3%,在综合性医院者占22.9%,在独立临终关怀机构者占21.1%,在老年护理机构者占2.7%。结论①临终关怀机构不完善,队伍建设亟需加强;②亟待确立临终关怀的服务标准。

[Abstract] Objective To study the current situation of Beijing city hospice service, and to make relevant policy recommendations according to the data obtained. Methods Questionnaire investigation and expert interviews, statistical analysis of the survey data were used. Results （1）In the survey of 446 elderly people, learn hospice care services accounted for 23.9%; （2）Elderly residents who can not take care of themselves choose home care （46.4%）, geracomium （32.7%） and nursing homes （15.9%）; （3）Elderly residents hoped the nearest medical treatment accounted for 72.0%, home services accounted for 17.5%; （4）The old people think the best hospice service agencies in the community accounted for 53.3%, the general hospital accounted for 22.9%, the independent institutions accounted for 21.1%, and aged care facilities accounted for 2.7%. Conclusion （1）Hospice agency is not perfect, and there is urgent need to strengthen the team construction; （2）There is urgent need to establish the hospice service standards.
