摘要
Modic改变是指腰椎终板和终板骨质在MRI中信号强度的变化。在解剖和分型等方面学术界认识较为一致,但在发病机制、腰椎疾病的关系等上有待进一步研究。本文旨在探讨Modic改变的局部解剖、发病机制及其与腰部相关疾病的关系。
Modic changes refers to the signal intensity changes of MRI on lumbar endplate and sclerotin. In such aspects as anatomical features, classification, academia have consistent recognition, but on the pathogenesis and the relationship between lumbar disease, we need further research. The purpose of this study is to explore the local anatomy, pathogenesis of Modic changes and its relationship with the waist related diseases.
