女金糖浆联合妈富隆用于人流术后恢复的临床观察

Clinical observation on Nvjin syrup combined with Marvelon tablet in the rehabilitation after inducing abortion

目的观察女金糖浆联合妈富隆用于人工流产患者术后的恢复情况。方法选择2012年3月-2013年2月我院门诊自愿要求终止妊娠的早孕女性380例，随机分为两组：对照组180例术后口服抗生素，并于当日开始予短效口服避孕药妈富隆片，每晚1片，口服，连服21d；观察组200例在对照组基础上加服我院中药制剂女金糖浆，每日3次，每次20mL，连服5d。观察两组术后阴道出血量、出血时间、转经时间及盆腔炎、宫腔粘连等并发症的发生情况。结果观察组术后阴道出血量少，出血持续时间短，月经恢复快，盆腔炎、宫腔粘连等术后并发症的发生率低；以上各项两组比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论给人工流产妇女术后服用女金糖浆联合妈富隆，能明显减少阴道出血量，缩短出血时间，促进月经恢复，减少术后并发症，是安全、有效的避孕措施，有益于女性的生殖健康及身心健康。

Objective To observe the Nvjin syrup combined with Marvelon in recovery of patients after induced abortion. Methods Three hundreds and eighty early pregnancy women volunteered to terminate pregnancy in the outpatient clinic of our hospital during March 2012 to February 2013 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.One hundred and eighty cases in the control group were treated with oral antibiotics after induced abortion, and started giving one tablet Marvelon as short acting oral contraceptive that night for 21 days; On the basis of the control group, two hundreds cases in the observation group were treated with 20 mL Nvjin syrup as traditional Chinese medicine preparation each time, 3 times a day and even for 5 days.The postoperative amount and time of vaginal bleeding, postoperative menstrual recovery time and incidence of postoperative complications including pelvic inflammation and intrauterine adhesions of the two groups were observed. Results There were less postoperative amount of vaginal bleeding, shorter bleeding duration, quicker menstrual recovery, lower incidence of postoperative complications including pelvic inflammation and intrauterine adhesions in the observation group, and the differences were statistically significant between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Taking Nvjin syrup combined with Marvelon for the women after induced abortion can significantly reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding, shorten the time of vaginal bleeding, promote the recovery of menstruation, reduce the postoperative complications, and is a safe, effective contraception, beneficial to women＇s reproductive health and mental health.
