Reflection and Reform on the Cultivation Mode of University Innovative Artistic Design Talents in the Background of the Prosperous Development of Cultural and Creative Industries

社会对艺术设计专业创新人才极度渴求。一方面是蓬勃发展的实体产业急速发展,求贤若渴;一方面是艺术设计专业毕业生就业签约率低到专业被预警;艺术设计专业人才毕业后直接面对市场检测,处于教育产业链条的最前端。较之其他长线学科专业,设计具体、感知敏锐。现实警示高校艺术设计创新人才培养模式需要反思与变革。

The society is in a huge thirst for innovative artistic de- sign talents. On the one hand, the prosperous development of en- tity industries has a vast appetite for talents, and on the other hand, the employment rate of artistic design graduates is so low that this major is early warned. Artistic design talents directly face the test of the market after their graduation, so they are at the forefront of the education industry. Compared with other long-term majors, the design is more specific and needs a keen perception. The reality cautions that reflections and reforms on the cultivation mode of university innovative artistic design tal- ents are needed.
