摘要
教学评估一般分为形成性评估和终结性评估两种。一直以来,以期末考试和英语水平考试为主体的终结性评估,是中国高校英语教学采用的主要测试、评估方法,但是,终结性评估忽略了学习的过程,本文主要对形成性评估在大学英语教学中的应用进行探讨,帮助教师更有效地把形成性评估引入大学英语教学中。
Teaching evaluation can generally be dlvldeCi into Ior- mative evaluation and summative evaluation. For a long time, the summative evaluation with final examinations and English knowledge tests as the main parts has been the major way of test- ing and evaluation in China's college English teaching, but sum- mative evaluation neglects the learning process. The application of formative evaluation to college English teaching is mainly dis- cussed in this paper, aiming to help leachers introduce formative evaluation into colleae English teachin~ more effectively.
