摘要
了解语言与文化的关系,从英国人的日常习语角度来理解、分析英国的独特文化。以英国文化中最具代表性的绅士文化和宗教文化为例子来讲解,习语在文化中的体现以及文化对习语的影响。
With the aim to study the ~elationship between lan- guage and culture, the unique culture of Britain is comprehended and analyzed in this paper from the perspective of daily British idioms. Exemplified by the most representative gentleman culture and religion culture in the British culture, the embodiment of id- ioms in cuhure and the influence of culture on idioms are elabo- rated.
