高等职业教育精品课程资源共建共享的现状、问题及对策

On the Current Situation, Problems and Countermeasures of the Co-construction and Share of Exquisite Curriculum Resources in Higher Vocational Education

企业竞争本质是人才的竞争,我国对高等职业教育工作给予了高度关注,倡导以人才培养为目标调整原有的教学方案。精品课程是高等职业教育的重要教学资源,其可以为不同类型专业生提供可靠的授课资源,同时指导专业生掌握最先进的技能水平。由于各方条件的约束,精品课程资源共享阶段还面临着许多问题。本次分析了高等职业教育精品课程资源共享的现状、问题、对策等三大方面,为职业教育提供几点意见。

Based on the concept that the core of enterprise com- petition is talent competition, great attention has been given to higher vocational education in China and an adjustment of the past teaching schemes based on the goal of talent cultivation is advocated. The exquisite curriculum is an important teaching re- source for higher vocational education, as it can provide reliable teaching resources for majors of different types, and meanwhile guide the majo~ to master the most advanced skills. However due to the limitation of a variety of factors, there are still man） problems for the share of exquisite curriculum resources. Th~ current situation, problems and countermeasures of the share of exquisite curriculum resources in higher vocational education are analyzed in this paper with the aim of providing several sugges- tions for vocational education.
