加强高职学生能力培养的研究与实践

Research and Practice of Strengthening the Training of Students' Ability in Higher Vocational Education

在高职教育迅速发展和社会对高技能人才需求日益增加的新形势下,如何转变教育观念,深化教学改革,提高高职人才培养质量仍是各高职院校研究和解决的热点问题。笔者结合工作实际,就教学过程中如何贯彻以能力为本位的现代职教观,切实增强学生实践动手能力、综合职业能力和就业竞争能力,以更好地适应社会需求阐明了自己的看法。

With the rapid development of higher vocational edu- cation and the increasing social demand for high skilled talents, how to change the concept of education, deepen teaching reform, and improve higher vocational talent training quality are still hot issues for higher vocational colleges. Combined with the writers＇ practical work, this paper clarifies the following views： how to im- plement competency-based concept of modem vocational educa- tion, and enhance students＇ practical ability, comprehensive vo- cational ability and employment competitiveness.
