构建独立学院团学干部队伍胜任力模型的探索——以广州大学华软软件学院为例

摘要 运用胜任力理论来构建独立学院团学学生干部队伍胜任力模型,打破了传统的团学干部选拔和培养模式,对独立学院的团学干部队伍建设工作具有重要的理论与意义。在阐述了胜任力的概念及独立学院团学干部胜任力模型研究重要意义的基础上,重点论述了如何根据独立学院团学学生干部的特点构建团学干部的胜任力模型,并对胜任力模型的应用进行介绍。 To use the competency theory to consiruct a competen- cy model for Youth League and student union cadres ih indepen- dent colleges can break the traditional selection and cultivation models of Youth League and student union cadres, so it is of great theoretical meaning and significance for the construction of Youth League and student union cadre teams in independent colleges. Based on an interpretation of the definition of competency and the importance of researching the competency model for Youth League and student union cadres in independent colleges, the emphasis is laid on the elaboration of how to construct the com- petency model for Youth League and student union cadres in in- dependent colleges in accordance with their characteristics, and the application of the competency model is also introduced in this paper.
