社团活动是大学生活的重要组成部分,正确认识社团、科学参与社团对大学新生来说是至关重要的。而大学新生本身存在着现实目标缺失、认知能力不足、协作意识较弱等弱点,直接导致其在社团参与中出现一系列负面影响。因此,如何引导学生科学参与社团是目前学院及辅导员工作的重要课题。

The association activity is an important part of univer- sity life, so it＇s of vital importance for college students to have a correct understanding of it, and participate in it scientifically. But there are some shortcomings such as the lack of realistic goals, insufficient cognitive ability, and poor consciousness of coordina- tion, which can directly lead to a series of negative effects on the participation in associations. Therefore, how to guide students to scientifically participate in associations is an important topic of the current colleges and counselors＇ work.
