The construction of rural public cultural service System is an urgent need of farmers for cultural life, and is also the de- velopment needs of constructing a socialist new countryside. This article discusses the role of grass-roots libraries in the construc- tion of rural public cultural service system and the existing prob- lems, and strives to explore the strategies of grass-roots libraries in serving rural cultural construction, so as to promote the pace of rural cultural construction.
