关于构建大学生党员实践教育机制的思考

Reflections on the Construction of the Practice Education System for University Student Party Members

当前,大学生党员发展数量大幅增加,但党员教育工作呈现出纯理化教育倾向、形式化教育倾向,甚至无教育倾向等问题,培养质量受到一定程度影响,进而影响到党的执政基础。构建以岗位负责、联系群众、社会实践、生活体验为主要内容,以项目化、品牌化、成果化、制度化为主要运作方式,以目标管理、过程监督、效果反馈、典型激励为保障的大学生党员实践教育机制是解决当前大学生党员教育问题、提升党员发展质量的有效途径,是对传统教育培养方式的有力补充。

Currently, the number of university student party members is dramatically increasing, but the education of party members tends to be purely theoretical, formalized and even non-educational, which affect the quality of party member culti- vation to some extent and even the governing foundation of our party. Therefore, a practive education system for university stu- dent party members should be constructed, with post responsibil- ity, connecting the mass, social practice and life experience as the main contents, and project-orientation, brand-orientation, re- suit-orientation and system-orientation as the main operation methods. It is an effective approach to solve the present problems of university student party member education and improve the quality of party member education and a powerful supplement for traditional ways of education and cultivation.
