Research on the Influencing Factors of "Post-90s" University Students' Ideological Characteristics and the Countermeasures of Education and Management

现如今,"90后"年轻一代已经走进了大学校门,他们表现出独特的思想特征给学生教育管理工作带来了挑战。本文以"90后"大学生的思想特征为出发点,分析其影响因素,提出了教育对策,以有利于"90后"大学生的教育管理工作的开展。

Nowadays, ＂post-90s＂ young people have entered the university, but their unique ideological characteristics have brought challenges to the education and management of students. With the ideological characteristics of ＂post-90s＂ college stu- dents as the starting point, this paper analyzes the affecting fac- tors of the characteristics and puts forward the education coun- termeasures, so as to help the implementation of students＇ educa- tion and management.
