摘要 随着越来越多的"哑巴英语"学习者的出现,提高英语口语教学质量的呼声也越来越高,小学英语口语的教学质量的高低直接关系到整个英语教学改革的成果与否。本文首先从英语教学手段、语言学习环境、英语中高考考核方式等三个方面分析了当前我国小学英语口语教学普遍存在的问题,继而从四个不同方面提出了问题的解决办法。 With the advent of more and more "dumb English" learners, the improvement of spoken English teaching quality has become more and more imperative, and the quality of primary school spoken English teaching is directly related to the whole English teaching reform. From such three aspects as English teaching methods, language learning environment and the meth- ods of English assessment in senior high school and college en- trance examinations, common problems in the current primary and secondary school spoken English teaching are first analyzed in this paper, and then solutions are proposed from four different aspects.
