中职园艺专业技能型人才培养探讨

Discussion on the Cultivation of Skilled Talents of Secondary Vocational Horticulture Major

中职园艺专业主要培养学生的园艺基础知识、技能,符合一线岗位需求的中等技能型、应用型人才。但目前,学生毕业后的最大问题是不能立即适应社会需求,结合实际开展工作。因此,必须建立与社会需求相适应的教学模式,加强技能型人才的培养。本文主要结合自身教学实践,就如何培养园艺专业技能型人才谈谈自己的看法与体会。

Secondary vocational horticulture major mainly culti- vate students＇ basic horticulture knowledge and skills, and make the secondary skilled and applied talents suitable for the require- ments of forefront posts. But currently, the biggest problem for graduates is that they cannot immediately meet social demands and implement practical work, therefore, a teaching mode suit- able for social demands should be constructed to enhance the cultivation of skilled talents. Combined with the writer＇s own teaching practice, this paper discusses some views and experi- ence of how to cultivate skilled talents of horticulture major.
