摘要
思维方式是影响领导工作效能与领导绩效发挥的重要因素,研究女性领导的思维特点,挖掘其潜质,扬其长避其短,是提升女性领导力的有效途径。从思维特点上说,女性领导长于感性思维、细节性思维、经验思维和直觉思维,因此,女性领导可在发挥"以情动人"、"关注细节"、"重视经验"、"敏于直觉"等优势的基础上,注重对自己进行系统思维、战略思维、辩证思维、创新思维方面的训练,以培养良好的思维习惯,提高科学思维能力,在提升领导力的实践中获得更多成果。
Thinking ability is an important factor influencing the work efficiency of leaders and their performance. To research the characteristics of female leaders' thinking, tap their potentials, make best use of their advantages and bypass their disadvan- tages, are effective ways of improving their leadership. From the characteristics of thinking, female leaders are good at emotional thinking, detailed thinking, experiential thinking and intuitive thinking, therefore, they have the advantages of "moving people with emotions", "paying attention to details", "attaching impor- tance to experience" and "be sensitive to intuitions". Based on the above advantages, female leaders should pay attention to the training of their systematic thinking, strategic thinking, dialectical thinking and innovative thinking, so as to cultivate good thinking habits, improve scientific thinking ability, and achieve more re- sults in the practice of improving their leadership.
