From the characteristics of thinking, female leaders are good at emotional thinking, detailed thinking, experiential thinking and intuitive thinking, therefore, they have the advantages of ＂moving people with emotions＂, ＂paying attention to details＂, ＂attaching impor- tance to experience＂ and ＂be sensitive to intuitions＂. Based on the above advantages, female leaders should pay attention to the training of their systematic thinking, strategic thinking, dialectical thinking and innovative thinking, so as to cultivate good thinking habits, improve scientific thinking ability, and achieve more re- sults in the practice of improving their leadership.
