摘要
为探讨团体辅导对在高校贫困生职业决策自我效能感方面的效果,研究开展了为期7周的团体辅导训练。结果显示,实验组在团辅前后的职业决策自我效能感量表总分与自我评价、信息收集、目标选择、规划制定、问题解决五个维度上的得分均有显著提高(p<.05),说明团体辅导对于促进高校贫困生的职业决策自我效能提升具有良好效果。
In order to investigate the effect of group counseling on impoverished college students' career decision-making serf-effi- cacy, this research makes a study on group counseling training for seven weeks. The results show that the total score of career deci- sion-making serf-efficacy and the score of serf-evaluation, choice of targets, the value of planning, problem solving for the experimental group are significantly higher than the pre-experi- ment (p〈 .05), and it shows that the group counseling can im- prove college students' career decision-making serf-efficacy.
