党的群众路线教育实践活动对“三下乡”活动机制构建的新启发

New Enlightenment of the Education Practice of the Party's Mass Line to the Construction of Systems for "Going to the Countryside" Activities

自1997年,"三下乡"活动正式启动至今,经过十余年的探索和发展,取得了一定的成效,但也暴露出了一定的问题。2013年4月19日,中共中央政治局召开会议,决定从下半年开始,用一年左右的时间,在全党自上而下分批开展党的群众路线教育实践活动。党的群众路线教育活动的开展,对"三下乡"活动而言,既是新的机遇,又是新的挑战。

Since the official starting of the ＂going to the country- side＂ activity in 1997, it has achieved certain achievements in the past decades＇ exploration and development, but there are also some problems in the process. On April 19, 2013, Political Bu- reau of the CPC Central Committee determined that about one year of time thereafter would be used to implement the education practice of the Party＇s mass line, which is both a new opportunity and a new challenge for the ＂zoin~ to the countrvside＂ activity.
