关于北岸镇文化工作开展的经验做法与总结

The Experience,Practice and Summarization of the Cultural Work in Bei'an Town

文化作为国家软实力的象征,不仅可以推动经济的发展,还可以转化成为物质生产力,因此全面开展文化工作是促进小康社会,实现中华民族伟大复兴,提高民族综合竞争力,增强民族文化创造活力的必然要求。本文根据笔者多年工作经验,结合黄山市歙县北岸镇的文化工作,从树立正确的文化意识,建立健全文化机构和文化设施;营造文化氛围,促进农村文化活动多样化;推动文化市场健康有序的发展,促进文化经济繁荣等方面对北岸镇文化工作开展的经验进行总结,以期与广大基层文化工作者共同分享。

As a symbol of a country＇s soft power, cuhure can not only promote economic development, but also be transformed to material productivity, therefore, to comprehensively implement the cultural work and enhance the vitality of Chinese culture is a necessary requirement for the construction of a well-off society, the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, and the improvement of comprehensive national competitiveness. Combing with the writer＇s years of working experience and the cultural work at Bei＇an Town in Shexian County of Huangshan City, this paper summarizes the cultural work of Bei＇an Town from such aspects as the establishment of a correct cultural awareness, the construction and perfection of cultural institutions and facili- ties, the promotion of diversified rural cultural activities through the establishment of cultural atmosphere, and the promotion of the prosperity of culture and economy through the promotion of the healthy and orderly development of cultural markets. The writer hopes to share ideas with all grass-rots cultural workers.
