Promoting the Construction of University and College Scientific Research System through the Construction of "Expert Database" with Expert Staff as the Focus

本文在实际分析院校工作中专家型人员重要作用的基础上,阐述了通过以构建院校"专家库"信息平台的方式推动院校科研体系建设的重要作用与意义,并基于一定的实践提出了在现有院校人员体制下开展"专家库"信息平台构建工作的几种可行和有效的途径。

Based on an actual analysis on the importance of expert staff in university and college affairs, this paper elaborates the importance and significance of promoting the construction of university and college scientific research system through the construction of ＂expert database＂, and based on certain practice, proposes several feasible and effective ways of constructing ＂expert database＂ under the current university and college staff system.
