提高硕士研究生实证分析能力的对策研究

Research on Countermeasures of Improving Postgraduates' Ability of Empirical Analysis

实证分析能力是硕士研究生一项重要的研究技能。为了探究影响硕士生实证能力提高的因素,本研究以重庆工商大学硕士生为研究对象,采用校园拦截方式对该校283名硕士生进行问卷调查。研究结果显示,学术意识、导师指导、接触实证机会、学校实证教学能力等因素显著影响硕士生实证能力掌握的程度。文章最后对如何提高硕士生实证能力提出建议。

The ability of empirical analysis is an important research skill of postgraduates. In order to explore the factors influencing the improvement of postgraduates＇ ability of empirical analysis, we use the method of campus random interview to survey 283 postgraduates of our university. The result shows that academic consciousness, tutorial guidance, chances of empirical analysis and university empirical teaching ability obviously influence the mastery degree of postgraduates＇ empirical ability. This paper finally proposes suggestions on how to improve postgraduates＇ empirical ability.
