摘要
对于孩子们而言,老师的激励有着无穷的力量。数学这门学科因其枯燥乏味而不被学生所欢迎,特别是低年级学生,容易受情绪的影响,他们一旦不喜欢学,老师再怎么苦口婆心地劝学都没用,这让许多数学老师都感到头痛。而激励教育恰是能改变这种状况的"良药"。因此,在教学中运用适当的激励手段,激发学生学习兴趣,提高课堂教学的整体效率意义重大。文章对于教师在教育教学实践过程中如何运用激励教育做了四个方面的重点阐述。
For children, the teacher's encouragements are of endless power. Due to the vapidity Of mathematics, it is not favored by students, especially low-graded students, who are easy to beaffected by emotions, and it is hard for the teacher to make them love mathematics, while encouraging education is a solution to this dilemma. Therefore, it is of great significance to stimulate students' learning interest and improve the overall efficiency of classroom teaching through using proper encouraging means This paper focuses on four aspects on how to use encouraging education in the practice of education and teaching.
