以十八大精神为引领推进民办高校党支部建设研究——以南昌工学院为例

Research on the Construction of Party Branches in Private Colleges Guided by the Spirit of the 18th CPC National Congress: A Case Study on Nanchang Institute of Science & Technology

随着民办高校的出现与发展,党建工作也始终不断的向前发展。在社会转型期,民办高校党建工作面临着诸多困难和挑战。本文通过对南昌工学院党建工作的调查发现,其主要做法和经验是:健全民办高校基层组织负责人新机制;把拓宽工作领域作为民办高校基层党组织建设的创新点;加强队伍建设,探索新形势下民办高校党组织和党员作用发挥的实现机制;开通了"南工通"信息化平台建设,完善和丰富我校基层组织的活动内容和方式;完善制度建设,实现民办高校党建工作科学化。

With the advent and development of independent colleges, the Party construction is unceasingly developing. In the period of social transmission, there are many difficulties and ehallenges for the Party construction of independent colleges. Through an investigation on the Party construction in Nanchang Institute of Science ＆ Technology, it is found that the main measures and experience are as follows： improving the new system for grass-roots organization responsible person; taking the expansion of work field as the innovation breakthrough of grass-roots Party construction in independent colleges; enhaneing team construc- tion and exploring the realization of the role of college Party organizations and Party members; setting up an informationized platform and improving the contents and methods of grass-roots activities; improving system construction and realizing the seientificalness of Party construction in private colleges.
