On How to Organize Students' Participation in Library Management in Vocational Schools

职校图书馆工作人员普遍不足,使用学生馆员参与图书管理能解决人员不足的问题,也能提高学生素质。合理组织学生,能加强图书馆藏书资源建设,能全面提升图书馆服务。同时学生参与管理也存在种种缺陷。

In vocational schools, library staff are commonly insufficient. To solve this problem, in our school, student librarians take part in library management. During their work, their qualities are greatly improved. As a matter of fact, student librarians contribute a lot to information resource construction as well as library service. Meanwhile, shortcomings do exist in students＇ participation in library management.
