摘要
近年来,在一线城市兴起的城市商业综合体越来越多地出现在三线城市中,鉴于三线城市的经济实力、人口构成、经济发展方向存在着差异,发展城市商业综合体也呈现出利弊相伴的一面。三线城市建设发展城市综合体必须慎重而行,要综合考虑发展能力、商业结构和环境承载力等多种因素。
In recent years, more and more commercial complexes which rose in first-tier cities appear in third-tier cities. In view of the differences in economic power, population constitution and the directions of economic development in third-tier cities, there are both advantages and disadvantages in developing urban commercial complexes in third-tier cities. Therefore, the construction and development of urban commercial complexes should be considered deliberately from various factors as development abilities, commercial structures and environmental bearing capacity.
