粘合吻合法与神经导管修复神经的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨应用粘合吻合法及神经导管修复神经损伤的可行性,并评估其修复效果。方法 SD大鼠50只,随机分为粘合吻合组与缝合组,每组25只。以右侧坐骨神经建立修复模型。粘合组用α-氰基丙烯酸酯医用粘合剂与优化外形的神经导管修复神经断端,缝合组用9-0的显微缝合线做神经外膜缝合6针。分别记录手术操作时间。通过测量术后2,4,8,12周坐骨神经指数,以及电生理检测、腓肠肌湿质量恢复率和组织学观察评估修复效果。结果粘合组操作时间较缝合组明显缩短,坐骨神经指数、电生理检测、腓肠肌湿质量及组织学观察2组间比较均无显著性差异。结论应用粘合吻合法与神经导管修复神经缺损保证修复效果的同时,大大缩短了手术时间,是一种简便、有效的神经修复方法,具有一定的临床应用前景。 Objective It is to study the feasibility of anastomosing nerve with sutureless adhesive bonding technique and conduit, and evaluate the repairing effect. Methods 50 SD rats was randomly divided into adhesive group and suture group, 25 rats in each group. The repair models were established with the animals'right sciatic nerve. The nerve was repaired with cy- anoacrylate and with modified nerve conduit in adhesive group, and the anastomosis with six - needle 9 - 0 epineurium suture in suture group. The operation times were recorded in each group. The repair effects were evaluated through testing the Sciatic Functional Index(SFI) at 2, 4, 8, 12 week, observing electrophysiology , wet weight of gastrocnemius muscle and histology. Results The operation time in the adhesive group was significantly shorter than that in suture group, and no statistic signifi- cance for other results such as electrophysiology, wet weight of gastrocnemius muscle and histology was found between two groups. Conclusion Repairing the nerve injury with adhesive technique and nerve conduit can not only maintain the restora- tion, but also greatly save time, this repair technique is convenient and effective, promisingly applied into clinical work.
