基于低碳视角的柞水旅游发展模式研究

Research on Tourism Development Model Based on Low-carbon View in Zhashui

"低碳旅游"是在低碳经济发展背景下产生的一种新兴旅游形式,是旅游业发展的一种必然趋势。基于此,本研究以个案研究为例,选取柞水为研究对象,利用减少碳排放、碳补偿行动、加强基础设施建设等开发思路,且根据当地开发水平,结合"否定之否定"的逐步发展低碳旅游的理念,将各景区"分阶段、分主体"进行开发管理,来推进当地低碳旅游的发展。

＂Low-carbon tourism＂ is a new style of tourism as well as an inevitable trend of tourism, which is born in the developing of low-carbon economy. Based on this, our study is in the light of Zhashui. With the idea of decreasing carbon emission and carbon offset actions, we will strengthen local infrastructure. According to the local development, we will also develop and manage the scenic spots in terms of different stages and main body, combining with the ＂Law of Negation of Negation＂. All in all, we will spare no effort to promote the low-carbon tourism development in Zhashui.
