摘要
本文针对我国城市建筑更新改造模式的实际情况,在现状调研整理的基础上,总结城市建设更新改造存在的问题,借鉴发达国家的经验,探索城市建筑更新改造发展新模式。
In view of the actual situation of urban architecture upgrading pattern, and based on the present situation research, this article sums up the problems in urban architecture upgrading. Experience of＇ the developed countries is drawn to explore new development mode of urban architecture upgrading.
