高校文科院系教师量化考核指标体系研究

Research on Quantitative Evaluation Index System for Teachers of Liberal Arts Departments in Colleges and Universities

分析现有的高校教师考核办法,针对文科院系自身特点,结合实际应用研究,提出了高校文科类院系教师考核指标量化办法。

Through analyzing the existing university teacher evaluation method and according to the characteristics of liberal arts departments and practical researches, the quantitative evaluation index system for teachers of liberal arts departments in college and universities is proposed in this article.
