摘要
采用无气喷涂技术在16 MnR钢表面制备纳米富锌有机涂层,通过扫描电镜(SEM)、结合力测试、傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)和电化学测试研究了轻集料混凝土凝结对涂层的形貌、结合强度、组成结构和耐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:轻集料混凝土凝结后涂层仍然致密,结合强度高(可达15 MPa),表面有机成分没有发生改变。电化学分析表明,涂层内部没有发生改变,表现出优异的耐腐蚀性能。
The nano - zinc - rich anticorrosion organic coatings were prepared by airless spray on the 16MnR steel.The influence of setting of light weight aggregate concrete on the morphology, binding force, structural characteristic and impedance of coatings were studied by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) , binding force tester, fourier transform infrared spectros- copy (FT-IR) and electrochemical analysis. The results showed that the coatings was still dense with high binding force (as high as 15 MPa) after setting of concrete without change in the organic compositions of the surface. Eletrochemical analysis results showed that no any change inside the coating,indicating excellent performance.
