摘要
某轮船甲板及上层建筑面漆保养几次都有变色现象,颜色变深发黑,严重影响外观。文章以实地勘验、小样对比、施工条件、环境湿度、材料特性等方式分析了涂料变色的原因,并提出修复和改进措施。
There have been successive discoloration of maintenance topeoatings on a ship main deck and superstructure. The color developed darker and black, whiell seriously affeeted the appearance quality. This paper analyzed the reasons for paint discoloration defect through on-site inspection, comparison by samples,applieaton conditions, relative humidity, product properties, etc, and provided reasonable resolution for repairing and improvements.
