摘要
介绍了氨水扩散-吸收式制冷系统的制冷原理及其特点,并通过实验的方法,搭建了水冷式扩散-吸收式制冷样机实验平台,分析了特定工况条件下输入功率对制冷性能的影响。测试结果表明:实验样机(40W)最优输入功率是220W,此时的制冷系数为0.248;样机正常运行存在最小启动功率和最小运行功率两个临界功率,随输入功率的不同,样机启动的时间也不同。
This paper introduced the refrigeration principles and characteristics of ammonia diffusion - absorption refrigera- tion system. Through the experiment method, we built a platform for the water - cooled diffusion absorption refrigeration system. And the effects of the input power on the refrigeration performance under certain conditions were analyzed. The test results showed that the optimal input power of the experimental prototype' s (40W) is 220W and the coefficient of refrigerating perform- ance is 0.248. There are two critical powers for normal operation of the prototype, i.e. the minimum of starting power and oper- ating power. The prototype' s start time differs under the different input power.
