摘要 目前尚未出台规范CO2压缩机性能试验方法及工况的国家标准,在现有国标GB/T5773-2004的基础上,针对CO2跨临界制冷循环的特性,设计开发了CO2跨临界压缩机性能实验台,这里选定第二制冷剂量热器法为主测作为X法,提出了一种基于水冷冷凝器量热器法而设计的水冷气体冷却器量热器法为辅测作为Y法,并详述了相应的原理与性能指标计算方法。试验测试结果表明,开发的实验台调节速度快,试验工况稳定,测量精度高,达到用户的要求和现国标的规定。此实验台设计具科学性与开创性,有很好的实践指导作用,为有关单位制定相应新国家标准、国内研究机构及企业进行相关研究提供了参考。 There is no national standard to standardize the performance test of transcritical CO2 compressorsat present. On the basis of existing GB/T5773 -2004 and the special characteristics of CO2 transcritical refrigeration cycle, a performance test rig for transcritical CO2 compressors was designed. The second refrigerant calorimeter method was the primary test as X methed, a water -cooled gas cooler metering methed based on the water -cooled condenser metering method is the auxiliary test as Y methed. And their principles were described in detail. Test results show that the test rig has the feature of regulating quickly, sta- bihzing test conditions quickly, and high measurement accuracy. It could meet the user' s requirements and current national standard requirements. The development of this test rig is scientific and groundbreaking, and is of good practice guidance and ref- erence for relevant departments to make the new standard, domestic research institutes and enterprises tomake relevant research.
