摘要
首先给出一种新的极化磁化方程,讨论纳米尺度的物质的极化、磁化、简并和相变,并给出适用于纳米尺度的极化磁化方程.然后研究电子自旋,讨论电子自旋的数学模式,指出电子的自旋是模不变的极矢量,电子的自旋是旋度矢量.最后把上述理论应用于二维纳米材料和石墨烯的研究和讨论.
We introduced a new kind of polarized magnetic equations, discussed polarization, magnetization, degeneration and phase change, and gave equations of polarization and magnetization at nanoscale. We also studied electron spin and discussed mathematical models of electron spin, pointed out that the spin of the electron was die the same vector, the spin of the electron are rotation vector. Finally, these theories were applied to two-dimensional nano-materials and Graphene.
