This paper analyzed the evolution influence of unique South Jiangsu religious architecture caused by related culture integration in South Jiangsu area, discussed the evolution influence of its religious architecture from main building culture in South Jiangsu area, social history culture and religious culture and other aspects, presented the evolution ways of several main types religious architecture conceived the differences in time, space and cultural properties, and found typical representative architecture.
